The poor Gamecube — what could have been. It’s sad to look back and see all the games that were never made for the Gamecube, but this is exactly what they’ve done over at Powet.tv. After scouring YouTube, they have found a bunch of videos of previews and concept art for potentially great Gamecube games that were never made. Donkey Kong Racing, Raven Blade, Starcraft: Ghost — it just hurts to think about the potential greatness of some of these games. One has to wonder if the future of Nintendo and the Gamecube might have been different if these games had been made early on in the life of the Gamecube.

Head on over to the Gamecube video history at Powet.TV and take a look. It hurts to see what we missed out on, but it’s still worth checking out. Of all the games, Starcraft: Ghost was the most exciting for me — but I guess we’ll never know…
