Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Released for the Gamecube
With the upcoming release of the next Harry Potter Movie, Electronic Arts has released Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire for the Gamecube.

Based on the fourth book in the J.K. Rowling’s series, players will take on the role of the fourth wizard in the Tri-Wizard Tournament. Reenacting situations from both the movie and the book, players will compete in several tournament tests including a rescue attempt from the Black Lake, a confrontation with a fire breathing dragon, and an escape from a maze.
As the books and Harry Potter mature, the games based on this series are becoming more targeted at an older audience and more sophisticated. The characters in the game are more lifelike this time and actually look like their movie counterparts. There is also a cooperative mode where players will work together to combine their powers and cast more powerful magic spells.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire will be available for the Gamecube, Xbox, Playstation 2, PC, Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS game systems with a Sony PSP version in development.
