Mario Party 7 Released for Gamecube
Nintendo today released Mario Party 7 for the Gamecube.

The latest in this line of multiplayer party games, Mario Party 7 has many new features over the previous releases including:
- Two new Characters - Birdo and Dry Bones
- Eleven Games that use the new Gamecube Mic peripheral
- Maximum number of players at one time is now eight
- Six new environments for the levels
- 86 new Mini Games!
Of all the new features, the one that sounds the most interesting is the games that use the new Gamecube Mic. I’m not sure how the microphone is used in these games, but after playing Donkey Konga with the bongos that have a microphone built-in, I’m sure it will be fun. Especially for multiplayer games, the microphone is a blast.
Mario Party 7 is available now for $49.99 on its own or in can be purchased bundled with a Gamecube console for $99.99.
