As soon as it appears that there is a definite release date (April 1st) for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Gamecube, things change again! Gamecloud is reporting that Nintendo Exec Reggie Fils-Aime announced today on the SpikeTV show Game Head that Twilight Princess will be a Gamecube game but it is not expected to be released until sometime this fall. In addition, the same product page for Twilight Princess at Best Buy’s Website that just two days ago showed a release date of April 1st now has a release date of May 2, 2006 !

Will this game ever be released? It seems like nobody knows for sure, not even Nintendo! While the April 1st release date seemed like a bad April Fools joke at first, apparently the jokes on us!
